We are pleased to announce that Hale Ingram is the 2019 winner and will be awarded a $1000 scholarship from our chapter.
He graduates this spring from The Woodlands High School and is looking to attend Texas State University in San Marcos to study Marketing.
Hale has spent significant time volunteering in the outdoor world with the Trails End 4H (President), 4H Shotgun Team (President), Texas 4H State Water Program (Ambassador) and Quail Forever (among others), providing educational outreach and leadership through his efforts. He has also served his community in many other ways through donating his time and efforts with Hurricane Harvey relief, local food banks, Meals on Wheels, and has received multiple awards for his character, service, and good works.
If you are interested in applying for our 2020 scholarship, we will start accepting applications on September 1st and they must be back to us by January 1st, 2020 to be considered.
This is not a gimme and requires an essay and several other criteria that must be met to be eligible.
